Delivery Times within Australia
- Shipping times may vary depending on Australia Post and courier timeframes and locations.
- Delivery times differ based on your delivery location, with shorter times for metropolitan areas and longer times for rural addresses.
- During periods of high demand, your order may take 1-2 extra days to be dispatched.
International Orders
- All international orders (outside of Australia) are shipped via DHL Express Post.
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and unique import duties and taxes in your country.
Taxes & Duties

- Customers are responsible for covering all customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges, even if they refuse delivery.
- Customs regulations require us to declare the order value on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release, delay, or reject the package.
- In case you decline to pay additional fees, your package will be returned to us, and you'll receive a refund for the order cost, minus any additional shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
